I have learned something new just last night. I have learned David Blaine's tricks of the trade. Although I knew some off his tricks, I have to get some practice especially the Voodoo Ash Trick and the Levitation Trick.
Movie Marathon
I watched 3 movies straight recently with my High School buddy at G4. First, we watched Blade 2. I guess the timing isn't grade since we were eating inside the theater while the bloody fight scenes are going on. After which, we had a look at The Hub and at the National Bookstore. I even got to withdraw some money from my ATM account since my wallet is not very powerful nowadays. After which, we watched Ice Age. I just discovered that Scrat is just a typical extra. I thought that he's the main character as I have seen from the trailers. After which we watched Time Machine.
Yes, I have been a model for a day. I was one of Sheila's subjects for her black and white photography. Imagine, I even got to climb the rooftop of Cha's house. And yes, I am kinda nervous when it comes to heights. At least i did not passed out. I even have my picture taken with my nephews (they are twin brothers actually). Being a model is hard too but it was sure fun especially with my friends.
Well, I am already starting to master the art and science of cramming. I do not usually cram, but with lots of schoolwork, I have no choice. Like yesterday, we finished on the spot our documentation. It's really good that the Internet at the Computer Lab is fast so that we could get the resources we needed for the project. We finished the documentation even before 1pm.
The Cavite Chronicles
After our first two subjects, me and my groupmates went to Dasmariñas Cavite. We had a tour on the Reynold's Philippines plant and we were able to interview them that is needed for our report. It was really damn hot there.
I'm almost done in my machine project.... woohoo!!! I finished the program. The only thing that is lacking is half of the documentation and of course... the flowchart. Oh I just wish I could finish that before 1pm later.
First of all, the first part of the retreat was very boring. The facilitator looks like as if he is lecturing to us. Another thing, not even one icebreaker was prepared by the facilitators. On the contrary, the food is good but I am not that satisfied on the way that one of their staff accommodated us. She spoke as if she has PMS.
