I just recently took Emode.Com's test. And it says that my color is Blue. Here's the explanation: You're blue — the most soothing shade of the spectrum. The color of a clear summer sky or a deep, reflective ocean, blue has traditionally symbolized trust, solitude, and loyalty. Most likely a thoughtful person who values spending some time on your own, you'd rather connect deeply with a few people than have a bunch of slight acquaintances. Luckily, making close friends isn't that hard, since people are naturally attracted to you — they're soothed by your calming presence. Cool and collected, you rarely overreact. Instead, you think things through before coming to a decision. That level-headed, thoughtful approach to life is patently blue — and patently you!
Yesterday was a very nerve-breaking day for me. It was course card distribution day. I got pretty good grades having a GPA of a 2nd Honor's Deans Lister. The problem was, I got 1.5 in two of my subjects that comprises of 1 unit each. If ever I get a 2.0 on those subjects, I could have become a 1st Honor's Deans Lister. I have accepted the fact that things like this happen and that life sometimes is really unfair. Hence, I am still happy since I didn't flunked those subjects. Yesterday also turned out well for my bestfriend Rondz, he's part of the 5-man regular team of all the students taking up BS Accountancy in La Salle.
After the dreaded course card distribution, I went to my cousin's party at Caloocan City. It was his birthday yesterday. Belated Happy Birthday cousin!
My High School friends are here at my humble home. We were just listening to MP3s, chatting on MSN, and of course, the resident accountant, Rondz will teach Ayi and Sheila Accounting. Well, the original plan was basically "inuman" session, but then, it will be an inuman of juice, water or maybe softdrinks. It's not the alcohol drinking spree that one would usually think if they heard the word "inuman".
I really had a nice time chatting with my Rebelde friends at Starbucks. We were not that many but we really had a blast. We drank coffee while chatting about "belt" topics. I was able to meet a new Rebelde face, and her nickname is d3vil. The other Rebels in the EB are scrappydog, Miss Dior, Simple Wan, jblue2000 and arc dreamweavers. Shaz14 was not able to stay with us for a long time since she's got to meet her sister.
Wow! I have just encountered the most demanding instructor in the summer workshop. She said, "Hey where's my blender?". She said it in a very demanding way that I almost lost my patience with her due to the summer heat. I would recommend to them not to get her as an instructor anymore if there's still a workshop to be organized next summer.
This was the sign that my friend found last Friday at an office near the Parish Mini-Canteen. At first, we thought of it as if Mama Mary should help the Christians. Then my friend said awhile ago that what if the Mary in the signboard is referring to the Rosemary, the one that is using the office.
Around 4pm, me, Christine, Dianne and Dorx went to her office and she told us about her plans for the community. For me it was really a great idea, especially the mini-public library that she thought of. I guess we should start now looking for donations and think of a fund-raising campaign for that project. I'm really ecstatic to work with her since I will got to experience real volunteer work.
Wow! I attended my first basic photography workshop. The session lasted for two hours. There were only two students at that time. Our teacher is a professional photographer and I think she's doing great. I learned the different kinds of camera, how to handle and care for your camera, the parts of the camera, and how to focus.
Celebration
April 13 was my night. We had a party at Mom's house in due respect of my birthday last April 8. Some of my friends in High School were there, my neighborhood "inuman" buddies were there too, some of my friends from Grabeh/Rebelde and also my relatives as well. We had a nice time talking to each other, and of course drinking too.
