Very Ironic...

It was very ironic for our teacher, who graduated his Bachelor's and Master's degree in La Salle, wearing the Champs shirt of the Ateneo Blue Eagles on campus. Well, I have nothing against it but I just find it absurd.

Dope Wars

Have you tried playing Dope Wars? Well, I have and this game could be really addicting. The object of this game is to collect as much money as you can for 30 days. In order to collect a big sum of money, you have to buy and sell dope and also you have to repay all of your debt to the one you owed to. This game is not suitable for minors but in here, you'll learn the basics of economics.

Dead Poets Society

Last night, I was watching Dead Poets Society on DVD. I first watched it during my High School days. I think I was in 3rd year back then. It was such a really good film since I got a lot of lessons from it. One thing Keating said is that, "We must look things at a different way." Right, I'm 20 years old and I have gone through a lot of things already. Of course, there are ups and downs. But the downs that we experience in life does not have to make s feel more down at all. Instead we should look a it a different way as Keating put it. Also, Keating said that, "Only in dreams can man be truly free." In our dreams, we are what we are and we are not hiding in some sort of mask. I could also never forget one of the lines that was said in the Opening of the meeting of the Dead Poets Society and this is, "Sucking the marrow out of life."
And my final message for everyone here, "Carpe Diem".

Why Oh Why

I really do not know why our group mate has to act a way like he was really mad when he should not. We told him to buy stuff like this for the group project since he has always been a constant headache for us. He did buy an illustration board which was way too large to be used so we used what we have bought at Robinsons Place instead. Frankly, I do not appreciate much of his effort in bying that damn illustration board. We could have appreciated him if he has the initiative to help us by saying, "Ako na gagawa niyan." I do not want to sound bossy by telling him to do this and do that, as we all know, a good member does have an initiative. Geesh. I wish he would change for the betterment of our group.

I have just read an email from the Imago egroups. It says that the Imago and Cala are going to be in Benilde since one of the listers, Isi, will interview them and Vanessa is inviting me for an EB. I was at the school earlier and I didn't have a single idea. Golly.

Breaking the Limits

One of my groupmates has really gone to the limits of my patience. He should not have been telling those lies just to excuse himself for doing our project. He has constantly been like that and I do not like it. He texted us and he said that he had a car accident. Geesh. Instead of getting pity of him, we were really mad at him. If I were him I would start making my own project at this very moment.

Halfproject Canned Badge Project

I am inviting everyone here to visit Halfproject. It is a very nice site and very respectable people are in collaboration with it. One of them are Arnold Arre and Cynthia Bauzon. They are giving away the canned badges for free with their logo on it. If I were you, e-mail them at this address and leave your postal address.
