Course Cards Day

I got all my course cards already and it is really a good news to me. One obvious thing would be is that I did not flunk any subject. Another obvious reason is that I am a Dean's Lister 2nd Honors once more. I felt good about it for achieving something that I really worked hard for. Again, Congratulations to those who got the job well done.

One on One EB

Once more, I got to meet a new Imago Lister and her name is Vanes. She is a second year student at La Salle taking up AB Development Studies. Our meeting place is at Chowking and what keen eyes she has for she spotted me immediately. It was really nice meeting her and I hope to meet other Imago Listers soon.

First Time...

It was my first time to go to SM Bicutan yesterday. I went there with some of the College and High School Volunteers and of course with our very own Parish Priest. We bought some goodies for the youth this Christmas at the Hypermart. Since we knew that the boxes of goodies won't fit Father's car, Father called on to Monde and Marvin to bring with them a much larger vehicle and they took care for it.
I've seen a lot of familiar faces and most of them are parishoners. Also, I've seen some unattractive sites too that I do not need to mention.

The Telephone Bangers

There seems to be a problem with one of our telephone units here at home. In the phone that we were using right now, you can't make an outgoing call but you could receive one. In the other phone, you could receive and make outgoing calls, and the catch is that you cannot be heard by the person on the other line.

Christmas Party Again

Hello everyone! We would like to invite all of you to a christmas party. You can say that it's sort of a reunion since a lot of the people are from our batch. We would definitely love to have everyone there to celebrate and once again mingle with friends, classmates, and actually meet new people. The party is open to our batchmates and friends from college.

The party is going to be held on friday december 20 at 8 in the evening. There's going to be drinks, food, and a program such as a dating game for all the single men and women in the party. To make this possible we need to solicitate a 100 pesos, then everything else will be taken care of.

The bottom line is, I can't come to the party even though I really wanted to. The thing is, there is a final Bigkis dry run, and that is until 9pm at Zobel. Oh well... there is always a next time.

Simbang Gabi

Last year, I completed the Simbang Gabi. And because of the Early Adjustment, I was not able to complete the Simbang Gabi since I was not there at the first day. Part of the Simbang Gabi tradition in our parish is the Wishing Tree. I was surprised that Father even announced it during the Homily that the youth made the cut outs for the wishing tree. Of course, I was one of the bunch.

Kapatid Mailing List

The first time that I heard of Kapatid was during the Pulp Freaks Attack. They were really great. Suddenly, one of the Imago Listers invited the members of the Imago Mailing List to join the Kapatid Mailing List. Thus, I joined the group. I am looking forward to watch their gigs and I hope they would release an album very soon.

The Ring Fever

The Ring has been a talk of the town this past few days. I am very glad that Glorietta 4 and Greenbelt 3 has shown that film. I just hope that not only mainstream movies are to be shown for there are a lot of movies that are not shown but are indeed worthy of being watched.

Swimfan

Of all the movies that I have watched for this year, this is the most disappointing. Swimfan is about the usual obsessed lover with all those psycho stuff. The difference is that, the girl is obsessed with the guy. The only compensation that I got from watching the movie was that the guy in the movie is kinda cute.

I typed here a long line of message and I just have to type it again. Oh well, that happens.

Grabeh Christmas Party

Last Saturday, I went to the Christmas Party at Citadel Inn Hotel along P. Burgos St. which is nearby Rockwell. Me and my friends, Maan and Paulo arrived there so early that we were the early birds. After some time, the programme started. They gave the awards to the winners of the First Grabeh Billiards Tournament. I was not able to join the said tournament. Also, they presented awards to Grabeh babies, yayos and yayas. I have received two awards and these are, the Grabeh Mug Shot Award, and the Grabeh Loyalty Award. I was able to join the Charades where our team won. So, boys, better luck next time. I also won a prize for answering the question correctly at Laban o Bayong. As for the exchange gift, I got a box of chocolates containing Twix, Mars, Snickers and Maltesers from Nerbie. Meanwhile, Douglas got my gift which is the bone pillow. Actually, I brought with me at home a lot of chocolates and it looks like that my teeth's gonna hurt. Ooops, just joking, hehehe!

Bigkis Dry Run

We had the Bigkis Dry Run last Sunday. We arrived at Zobel so early that the organizers have not arrived yet. We got to practice a bit of the animation songs (coupled with dance steps). But the best part of the dry run is the group sharing. I was very fulfilled after I shared my thoughts regarding my experience on my family. The feeling was so light. Also, I got to meet new people. Beyond that, I never thought that I could do things that I never thought of getting it done because of the lack of confidence.

At School Before 6

I arrived at La Salle before 6pm for the Early Adjustment. I was the fourteenth and it's a good thing that the 1st come 1st serve basis number system worked. I got to arrange my schedule such that I do not have a Wednesday class. But, it would be much better if I do not have a class on Mondays intead so that I'll always have a long weekend.
