Finally, I have seen The Matrix: Reloaded. It's been a long time since I've watched a movie in a cinema. Hehe! I watched it with my Mom and she was so amazed by the effects in the fight scenes. I love the fight scenes there, especially with the slow mo and the zoom effects.. hehe. I also love the car chase scenes in the freeway. Let me also add the scene where Trinity rode the big bike off the freeway and made a counterflow. That scene is not for people having heart attacks.
Congratulations to my High School batchmate Vina Fernandez for passing the Nursing Board Exam. To Vinsci, we are so proud of you! Also, congratulations to Ronald Mercado, another High School batchmate for getting a job at his dream company which is SGV. SGV is the Philippines' top Accounting firm.
Do you believe in fate? For example, when things became purely coincidental then, sudden events will just attack you by surprise as if you're opening a gift where the wrapper suggests not to expect something good inside. But one thing's for sure, we still make our own fate. If we decide to do this, this one is the result. If we decide to do another, then the outcome will indeed be different. But sometimes, things just become too coincidental that it makes me say, hey... it's fate.
Click this link if you want to laugh your hearts out. Hehehe! Its the Kikkoman! Mwahaha! I got this from the Imago mailing list courtesy of Jorel of the band Happymeals and KJWAN. They have a gig on Friday the 13th at KAFE, Katipunan featuring Urbandub.
You're really enthusiastic about the music that you like. You attempt to discover your new favourite band every week. You continually try to get your friends into the music you like, which annoys the fuck out of them, but you don't know it. At least you're not arrogant about it.
Mia's debut was totally a blast. I had fun even though I already look so wasted since I've had only 3.5 hours of sleep the other day. My sister and June were the Emcees. I was surprised to see June wearing a dress and Trish wearing a skirt. Trish and June are the ones that I would usually see wearing ragged clothes. Hehe! The food was great. Let me quote Pattoys, "Kiss kita Ate Mia kahit di mo gusto". Hahaha! I was totally laughing my heart out when I heard it. But it was very sweet of Pattoys. Don and Pattoys prepared the Powerpoint presentation. Actually, the original plan was to use Macromedia Flash, but since time is the main problem, they just have to use Microsoft Powerpoint.
