I am now embarking on a new interest, and that is VCD Collecting. I guess this is a tough one for me. By Monday, I would get my copies of of RIng 1 and Ring 2. I am planning to collect works by Darren Aronofsky such as Pi and Requiem for a Dream. The other films on my list are: 2001: A Space Odyssey, Amelie, Cinema Paradiso, A Clockwork Orange, Dead Poets Society, Dune, Edward Scissorhands, The Last Temptation of Christ, Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, The Neverending Story, Trainspotting, The Virgin Suicides, Pulp Fiction, Se7en. I also plan collecting films by Lino Brocka and other noteworthy Filipino films. I guess I should have started this collection ages ago. I won't be buying pirated VCDs for I'm not assured of its quality.
Due to the request of my friend Trixy, I made a Tutorial covering the basics on the usage of the software. Basically, the tutorial covers on the interface that is essential in creating a webpage. The source of the tutorial is the Help File of the Macromedia Dreamweaver.
This is a novel written by Arthur Golden. If you have certain misconceptions for a geisha then it's time for you to read the book. I have learned a lot just by reading this novel like about destiny and that stuff. There are some lines from the novel that I would like to share and these are: But now I know that our world is no more permanent than a wave rising on the ocean. Whatever our struggles and triumphs, however we may suffer them, all too soon they bleed into a wash just like watery ink on paper.
Nothing is permanent in our life but change. I have always remembered what our high school physics teacher told us.
I just can't disagree with the description of Linus. I missed reading Peanuts comics already. It was really fun reading it. Thanks to Iva again for this test!
1) I wish you were a door so I could bang you all day long. 2) (Lick finger and wipe on her shirt) Let's get you out of those wet clothes. 3) Nice legs... What time do they open? 4) Do you work for the post office? I thought I saw you checking out my package. 5) You've got 206 bones in your body, want one more? 6) Can I buy you a drink or do you just want the money? 7) I may not be the best looking guy in here, but I'm the only one talking to you. 8) I'm a bird watcher and I'm looking for a Big Breasted Bed thrasher, have you seen one? 9) I'm fighting the urge to make you the happiest woman on earth tonight. 10) Wanna play army? I'll lie down and you can blow the hell outta me. 11) I'd really like to see how you look when I'm naked. 12) You might not be the best looking girl here, but beauty is only a light switch away. 13) You must be the limp doctor because I've got a stiffy. 14) I'd walk a million miles for one of your smiles, and even farther for that thing you do with your tongue. 15) If it's true that we are what we eat, then I could be you by morning. 16) (Look down at your crotch) Well, it's not just going to suck itself. 17) You know, if I were you, I'd have sex with me. 18) You, Me, Whipped cream and Handcuffs. Any questions? 19) Those clothes would look great in a crumpled heap on my bedroom floor. 20) My name is Austin Powers. Remember that, you'll be screaming it later. 21) Do you believe in love at first sight or should I walk by again? 22) Hi, the voices in my head told me to come over and talk to you. 23) I know milk does a body good, but DAMN, how much have you been drinking? 24) Do you sleep on your stomach? Can I? 25) Do you wash your pants in Mr. Sheen because I can see myself in them.
It is a novel by Alan Lightman that tells you about the endless possibilities with time. Some definitions of time are as follows; Time is like a circle Time is like a flowing river that branches itself back. Time has three dimensions. Time is absolute. Time does pass, but little happens. Time might be smooth or rough, prickly or silky, hard or soft, or even sticky. Passage of time brings increasing order. From this place (center of time), time travels outward in concentric circles--at rest at the center, slowly picking up speed at greater diameters. A world without memory is a world of the present. Time flows not evenly but fitfully. Time passes more slowly for people in motion. Time flows backward. Time is a sense. The only way to live is to die. Time is a quality. Time is a line that terminates the present. No person can imagine the future. Time is a visible dimension. Time is not continuous. Time is a local phenomenon. Time flows at different speeds, at different locations. Time is like a light between two mirrors.
My friends. Ponder on these. I've learned a lot from reading the novel.
